SAGE HEALTH: Meet Judy Ferguson

Judy Lelie M.S., L.Ac., CN approaches her patients with an open mind and genuine compassion.  She works closely with her patients, integrating traditional and complementary care with a focus of maintaining her patient’s optimum health. Judy uses a multidisciplinary approach including acupuncture, herbology, nutrition, massage and lifestyle recommendations, in addition to collaborating with a team of health practitioners, to treat both physical symptoms as well as emotional aspects of her patient’s conditions.
 
A San Diego native, Judy completed her Masters of Science degree at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. During her studies she interned at an orthopedic sports clinic, as well as at the San Diego Hospice and Children’s Hospital. She has since traveled to Asia and completed a training course at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and recently has obtained a Clinical Nutritionist certificate from the Natural Healing Institute. Judy spends her non-clinical time teaching students the ancient arts of Chinese medicine. Judy now resides in Cardiff and enjoys watching sunsets over the ocean with her husband. One of five children, she cherishes her family time, while traveling, Yoga, and continuing education are her passions.Judy enjoys treating all types of conditions with an emphasis on women’s health, pediatric and geriatric patients, anxiety, depression, facial rejuvenation, as well as sports injuries and pain management.
